Miso Glazed Cod
Japanese-inspired miso glazed cod with steamed bok choy and rice.
Ingredients
- 2 cod fillets
- 3 tbsp white miso paste
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sake or dry sherry
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 heads bok choy
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- Sesame seeds
- Spring onions
Instructions

Mix miso, mirin, sake and honey to make glaze.

Coat cod fillets and marinate 30 minutes.

Broil cod for 8-10 minutes until caramelised.

Steam bok choy until just tender.

Serve over rice, garnish with sesame and spring onion.
