
High-Protein Breakfast Casserole
This high-protein breakfast casserole combines eggs, turkey sausage, spinach, peppers, and cheese into an easy make-ahead breakfast. It's ideal for busy weekday mornings and meal prep.
Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 6 oz lean turkey sausage
- 1 cup baby spinach
- ½ cup diced bell pepper
- ½ cup diced onion
- ½ cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup low-fat milk
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper

Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the turkey sausage until browned.
