Garlic Herb Roasted Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in chicken thighs
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper

Instructions

    Mix garlic, herbs, olive oil, lemon zest and paprika.

    Score chicken skin and rub marinade all over.

    Marinate at least 30 minutes or overnight.

    Roast at 220°C for 35-40 minutes until skin is crispy.

    Rest 5 minutes before serving.
