Ingredients
- 2 cans chickpeas
- 3 cups baby spinach
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Coconut oil
Instructions

Sauté onion in coconut oil until golden.
