Ingredients

- 2 eggs
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 3 spring onions
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp ginger
Instructions

Pulse cauliflower in food processor to rice-sized pieces.

Cook eggs in wok scrambled, set aside.
