Ingredients

  • 2 slices of multigrain bread
  • 1 large ripe avocado peeled
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • Seasoning for taste: salt, black pepper, chilli flakes
