- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 6 oz / 170 g each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 cups broccoli florets, 2 medium carrots, sliced, 1 medium zucchini, sliced,
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced, 1 tablespoon olive oil, Salt and black pepper to taste

Cook Everything Together: Add the vegetables to the skillet around the chicken. Cover with a lid and cook for another 8–10 minutes, stirring the vegetables occasionally, until they are tender-crisp and the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
