
Air fryer breakfast hash browns
These homemade air fryer hash browns are crispy on the outside and tender inside. Serve them with eggs and fresh vegetables for a healthier breakfast than traditional fried hash browns.
Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes, grated
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons diced onion
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes

Grate the potatoes and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.

Mix potatoes with onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and olive oil.

Form two flat hash brown portions.
