Ingredients

  • 300g turkey mince
  • 1 head butter lettuce
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 1 cup water chestnuts
  • 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Ginger
  • Garlic

Instructions

    Cook turkey mince in sesame oil until browned.

    Add garlic, ginger, bell pepper and water chestnuts.

    Stir in hoisin and soy sauce, cook 2 minutes.

    Spoon mixture into lettuce leaves and serve.
