
Berry Protein Baked Oats
These berry protein baked oats are soft, naturally sweet, and packed with protein and fiber. They're an excellent make-ahead breakfast for busy mornings.
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 banana
- 1 egg
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup mixed berries
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mash the banana in a bowl.

Add egg and milk and mix.

Stir in oats, protein powder, baking powder, and cinnamon.

Fold in the berries.
